You want to return defective goods? Here are the steps to follow in 3 steps:

Request an RMA number from customer service

Download and fill in the returns form.

Warning: no return will be processed without the imperative information (ref LOVELY + PROBLEM DESCRIPTION) and we will check the purchase dates because no return will be accepted after 6 months after the sale (for brands in trade) and 12 months (for our MEP)

Send us the completed table by email, along with photos and/or proof of destruction of the defective products

Your request will be processed by your account manager 

  • Items where we still have stock available will be replaced
  • Items where we no longer have stock will be credited

Your account will then show a credit to be deducted on your next invoice (we do not issue refunds).
