Send us the completed table by email, along with photos and/or proof of destruction of the defective products
Your request will be processed by your account manager
Items where we still have stock available will be replaced
Items where we no longer have stock will be credited
Your account will then show a credit to be deducted on your next invoice (we do not issue refunds).
